As a Store Assistant at Hemköp Fruängen, your main task is to work at the checkout and provide our customers with a first-class service experience. You are the face of the store and ensure that every customer feels welcome and receives quick and smooth assistance at checkout. You will be scanning items, handling payments, and ensuring that the checkout runs efficiently. If needed, you can also assist with simple restocking to keep the store inviting and well-stocked. Every effort you make contributes to a positive experience for our customers.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for customer service and enjoys meeting people in a fast-paced environment. You are meticulous, efficient, and have a professional demeanor in all customer situations. You handle the checkout and payments with confidence and create a smooth shopping experience. To thrive in this role, you are flexible and can adapt to different working hours, both weekdays and weekends. You collaborate well with others but are also self-driven and responsible in your work. Your careful and reliable approach makes you an important part of the team, and you are keen to contribute to a store environment where customers are always the focus.
